| Dear friends, I have to admit I was tempted and had a listen to some of the proposals for new bands. After a few attempts I gave it up. There is no place like home! In a Big Country fits me best. Sure, I like other bands like The Chameleons, Comsat Angels, The Church. They are my homeland and they fit in our Big Country. Sure all the things Mark, Bruce and Tony do have my full support. The Killers are ok just like Kings of Leon and some other recent bands. Can't help it. I have tried hard but the real thing is Big Country. I don't feel ashamed I am proud that I am one of a tribe called Young Guns Go for It! Even if I am on my own. Sometimes people say hello and they are welcome. Yes I am crazy in a way but who isn't? Braincancer changes someone and it takes a long time to discover all the imperfections. Discover and accept is a way to recover. Being positive is another. In a Big country dreams stay with you! Stay Alive and have a nice weekend. |
