This Saturday (23rd May) the Big Night In with Mike and Jules Peters welcomes guitarist Bruce Watson of Big Country into the living room for an evening of talk centred about all things Big Country and The Alarm
The show will continue this Saturday, with Episode 10 with even more rare and unseen video clips from Mike Peters and The Alarm’s history plus exclusive films from the time Mike and Bruce shared the stage together as part of the new Big Country line up from 2011-2013. As always there will also be a host of acoustic performances from the Mike Peters’ Jukebox Stage.
The Big Night In will broadcast live at the usual time of 9pm (UK), at the
Alarm Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/TheOfficialAlarm
with Mike and Jules presenting their unique mix of acoustic songs, chat, rare and unseen video content from The Alarm Archive, all from the virtual sofa of their living room in North Wales.
Last Saturday’s Big Night In Special was another huge success that featured a brilliant interview and acoustic guest slot from Eddie Macdonald who performed an acoustic version of Small Town Glory, and we also had some amazing footage of Mike Peters and The Alarm working together on the In The Poppy Fields album back in 2001 / 2002 (NB: A limited quantity of the In The Poppy Fields Collected Works has just been made available in store now). Viewers can catch up with the repeats of all previous shows here: www.facebook.com/TheOfficialAlarm

We are currently monitoring the ongoing situation regarding Coronavirus and our Bookings Agent is working closely with Promoters and venues with regards our upcoming shows.
These are unprecedented times for all of us and any decisions made have to be in the interest of the fans, the band, crew, venue staff and all of our families. As you are most likely aware, the UK Government has advised against “mass gatherings” and issued guidelines regarding self-isolation and travel. Any decision made regarding shows will be taking all of the above into consideration.
We never like having to cancel shows but we are sure you will understand if shows cannot go ahead over the next couple of months.
This message will also be pinned to the top of the Facebook page and any shows that are cancelled/postponed will be listed below. Please check venues regarding any rescheduling and details of ticket validity etc.
The plan is to update this list on a daily basis as and when we get notice of affected shows.
